The beauty of this announcement is the basic fact and the simple observation that ' Blind Freddy ' could or should have seen this coming the way the numbers were building the last few days. And when something is this BIG , it is very very hard to keep ' SILENT ' if you know what I am eluding to.
I would suggest then that there is perhaps some ' Key ' person's / Investors getting involved at the earliest possible stages in this not so ' New ' development......
