I highly doubt it, you could say it was in a downward trend, consolidating before likely heading down further. So you can't really capitalise on this so called C&H.Now I pose to you some other very viable scenarios:

Very much like the roulette table and how they show you the history of where it landed. I guess the only difference being with stock charts, traders actually make trades based on what happened in the past (the patterns) which then influences the actual future event.
