$20m is good, I thought it might be more like $30m. From my reading of the tea leaves this either means they have debt/other finance for the rest of the construction finance, or they're raising this now, then announcing debt, then going to raise another $20m or so. Either way it's far better than them only raising $5m and everyone knowing there will be another CR in the next 6 months. If this gives certainty to financing it has to be very IMO.
