How did they feel about the 17,000,000 placement at 2.5p and was this done contrary to an agreement between gip and IFC.
Was this 17,000,000 share placement offered to IFC and if it was why didn't they take it up?
What do they think about management at Gip?
Are they happy with their investment in GIP?
Why did they abstain from voting on the resolution of the 17,000,000 placement.
What where the conditions that IFC imposed on gip to get their vote on the resolutions regarding the officer options grant?
Was it also for political reasons that they voted yes or at all on the resolutions?
