agree with yr spiel re O&G sector have to keep their facilities up to scratch AND they do have the cash from very high energy prices from 1st half of 2008. I concede that if a company is 'bargain basement price' something is usually wrong and may not be a worthwhile aquasition for NMS. Nevertheless good companies can get oversold for all sort of reasons. There will be bargains around. Lange needs to pick only the very best.
