No .. untrained, unskilled 'security guards' were used. The very type of fly-by-night 'profit first' operation that causes problems everywhere and which Australian unions are trying hard to eliminate. It's certainly been a debacle and Andrews is directly responsible for the mess but I suggest we see the results of the Royal Commission before muddying the facts.
