I'm sure they're aware as it is an infection on a large number of stock listed on the ASX, it;s a shorters tool of trade IMO and the asx study into the process concluded that it was good for liquidity so IMO the argument/complaint would fall on deaf ears, they're the breaks in the retail dept. haha
