Without seeing your calculations, barring armageddon that no one can predict, you and many others have stated, even the professional valuing services have published it, NWH is UNDERVALUED, thats a fact. Does it equate to share price increase in future, i bloody hope so! In fact im betting on it. Hence why I have launched! But overall market per-say may not agree with the trading price, but "base" valuations on the books, thats absolutely black & white!
