Yes I believe it was more likely that this was all planned long ago:
the timing of the accounting laws,
the rise and fall of valuations,
    the associations,
    the locations,
the return of so many assets to creators,
the interesting buying and selling at the right time of associated entities,
the changing of the board to prevent most director elections and the big change on the founder's resignation to executive control.
The clear breach of several very basic intentions of corporations law.
    The links to political parties.
The links to government investment decisions.
No shares owned by the head of growth capital.
Even the receiver is working for ASIC and didn't even try to comply with the law over the phone.

Additionally BAF is now hunting down "fee rebates" whilst we were told all along that performance fees were "profit" but not a cash flow until realised (but the clowns still got their bonuses). What a coincidence (or forewarning) is it that the main retirement village collapse that was the biggest loss of assets happens to go under the "Oaktree" brand (which they are now flogging on the radio in one of the towns Sowerby lived in) seemed like they were only a loss if you are a BLA shareholder.
