What about the expertise to build the Plant , any here in Oz with this new procedure , and then how about the ACTUAL expertise to run this type of extraction , if you look at the Russians , they have geniuses and plenty of them in back offices. Unlikely , highly unlikely that sort of talent is here in WA.
