apache - we dont refer to capping, or any market manipulation when discussing NMS.
it doesnt happen, surely. theres no automated process to buy NMS, theres no capping nms on each side to keep it within a specific range to create charts. it doesnt happen.
on the other hand all the evidence suggests it does.
