My partner is an oncologist who does trials. She said lag3 treatments work fine in theory and trial 1 but didnt do well in trial 3. Unless they decide to change their drug stucture, target or whatever during the patent grant period, it will not bode well. Knowing Novartis, they will surely push ahead as adjunct treatment even if it shows slight benefit.
