A resource update is no small task.

Does NVA employee a full time geo with the knowledge/experience to build a geology model, then a block model, then estimate into it? Further, said geo needs to be qualified to classify the resource in accordance to JORC requirements for reporting to the ASX. If NVA has a competent geologist on the pay roll and has the free time to allocate to a resource update, no reason they cant turn them loose on a resource upgrade now, then again in a few months when more drilling arrives.

However, they likely only have one or maybe 2 at most geos and their hands will be full with the current drilling campaign. Again, a resource model done properly is a big job. If NVA, like many other small exploration firms, need to pay big bucks to contract the work out, most likely they will wait until all the holes are in prior to the resource update so they only have to pay for it once.
