the chinese need michelmore there so they can accumulate/shake out as many cheap shares from scared holders as possible.
It has to be the banks to put pressure on the chairman (re: the refi) to get them to call a board meeting and vote.
Banks say OZL gets the refi with no AM and more independent board members like Brian Gilbertson. Board hasa no choice then !
