Nice announcement.

As others have posted, there is now a lot of suspicion of management's intentions (hence the continued dumping) - and now doubts over whether this news should have been released a while ago (week or two ago)?

There has been a lot of posts on management deliberately holding back the SP - so that there performance share hurdles looks much greater from a depressed SP.

Much easier to get some positive votes for their performance shares with a very depressed share price.

Now that the AGM is being held / voting lines are closed, IMO this is probably the start of some regular good news.

It would certainly be an amazing progression for GMV if our ITDF revenues were to triple over the coming year - and that would probably mean cash flow positive for GMV (depending on how many more sales staff they hired to achieve this revenue).

Any way you "slice it", this is a good announcement - and hopefully it is the first of many on the monitoring side of this business.
