the 20.15% substantial notice from Iberdola lodged this morning is from TCI (once they removed conditions)... so TCI holding will go down to 13%...
BAM - this 9% holding has been a matter for debate in the past... I always thought BAM & BIF had equal shares of 9% (18% total)... but the holding amount of BAM exactly matches the value of the ceasing to be substantial holder notice from earlier this year.
MUFG are only in this for the short loan facilities... will exit soon enough..
Vinva... this stake could be key to IFN remaining as a entity unto itself and not delisted....
Neither UAC or Ibderdola can buy on market without causing their off-market offer prices to go up to their last purchase price - so curious where the cumulative numbers you showed are coming from
