TSG, article about Perilya and Shenzen etc.,white knight deal. After the issue of $45.5 million new shares @.23 Shenzen will have 50.1% of Perilya.
If we take that up a step to OZ - say ( as you mentioned), the Chinese already have 19.9% of Oz and we issue another few hundred million or billion shares to them @ 50cents ( hopefully) and then we get money in the bank and China gets a great Ozzie miner for next to nothing. AM, is probabably just holding out so that he gets a bonus and keeps his job as a puppet to China. We, shareholders, get to save our ars.. and will bow eveytime we see a Chinese person in the street. Our shares ( even diluted), will still be worth more than now!!! Shows how bored and frustrated I am. M.
