The announcement appears to say ..we told you before that PTD is undervalued...the market didnt believe it..so we are telling you again.
Market was aware of the dispute before the AGX announcement and its view was refected in the PTD sp. Do you think that if PTD announced that they had no chance of winning the dispute that thier sp would noy fall?
