Agreed with you regarding Roots being a great buy.
As for the Beyond, I feel as though you're actually incorrect.
Beyond Meat not only tastes fantastic (it's helped me transition from meat eater to plant based) but it's been steadily gaining momentum in the USA in particular, for some time. Not to mention the Impossible Burger. (backed by Google Ventures) Both products are being tested, and in some cases even added to menu's in some of the world's largest fast food restaurants KFC etc. Grill'd Burgers (Aus Based) have been using Beyond for some time now, and they taste great. The issue with Beyond, is due to trademarks the product is currently being imported from the USA to Australia, which is costly. Hopefully Roots can produce a suitable alternative, i think it can be done for sure and their growing technology will help make it happen.
