From riches to rags. Best stock to worst.
I just don't get it. They have sold 50% of 1.7M oz of gold for A$42M (Still could be less if DRD can finance to earlier option.)
That's about A$50/oz for Mintails 850,000 oz share. That's the worst forward selling deal I have ever heard of.
Not to mention that the plant is tied up for the next 12 years while Elsburg gets first dibs.
The market cap is now about $22M, that's less than the cash they may have.
Somebody correct me please, I am feeling dizzy....
