I also called Investor relations at GMG and they confirmed the distribution, see below what appears on their web site
So what date will be the ex-dividend date 31/12/08 or as somne are saying 18/12/08
This has to be the best return ever 26.99%

Distributions
In light of the capital management initiatives announced in October 2008, Goodman intends to distribute 100% of earnings per security for the year ending 30 June 2009, at 19.3 cents per security.
The distributions will be declared for the six months ending 31 December and 30 June and will be paid in February and August respectively.
