They aren't. But APT's bad debts are not increasing at an increasing rate whilst transaction growth is stalling unlike Z1P .
APT also have a better management methodology for bad debts and a higher velocity of money, not to mention APT is profitable in Aus whilst Z1P is loss making. The 2 companies are not really comparable the way most people compare them.
