Just to let u know.....you dont HAVE TO pay up the $825 to be represented per se.

What happended is a certian person wished to set a class action against GTP however the legal bill would be hard for just one person to raise.

So this person will be the one that stands up in court so to speak and he/she has asked others to pay $825 to help cover the legal costs.

However in saying that, even if you dont pay up, there will still be opportunity for you to add your details to the class action once the courts have come back with their desicion.

At that time you would be asked to pay the legal fee or perhaps it may be deducted from your claim.

So what tey need at the moment is enough support to enable them to get to court and represent not only the one prson but all investors.

So far I beliove they have 200 paid up investors for the cattle project.

I think they will get enough paid up people to go forwaqrd so you not paying anything now should be fine.

Lets ay the court ordered that all investors get their investment back at 10% premium for exapmle.

You would simply add your details at that time to the class action and the legal team would deduct and legal cost from your return.

Best to speak to D and Co for confirmation.
