EOS has 130 million worth of RWS on the floor in Canberra. Except, due to Covid it can’t be shipped and installed in the UAE. On this point Sanderson says:
“We fully expect that we’ll have those things shipped but no later than September this year”.
This would be great news from a cashflow perspective. Finally production turns into cash.
This would take away a lot of uncertainty surrounding the company. Investors find it hard to understand why the paper profit doesn’t show up on the balance-sheet. This has probably led to some short positions and pressure on the share price.
Once the Emirates dollars are showing up, combined with the contract with the Australian defence with no payment disruptions and the already strong balance sheet (170 million?), the uncertainty will fade away and the share-price should rise again.
