Unfortunately short term PEM only has two offers at hand,
for mine, the Zhongjin offer is the better of the two,and yes i do believe they are getting 50+% of the Co. at bargain prices,having cash to hopefully come out the otherside(when Zn prices return to reasonable levels)without then having to pay a massive debt is in the long term interest of all shareholders.
