    Agree CEO must go, a cleansing must happen before any 'rights issue' - that seems the only option now with the banks saying no. At what price will the flog off a rights issue though? fire sale....!

    Only winner out of this might be BHP if it chooses to pluck off some of the assets at next to knicks.
