In the last month the trading volume of PLL on the Nasdaq has been rising and is now much higher than on the ASX.

Additional liquidity should benefit share price and with increased media coverage and interest in the US I expect a significant re-rating soon.
Additional comment: Initially I did not like the capital raise with discount but have come around to see some value. With a decent amount of cash in the bank the company has a better position in the upcoming negotiations for project financing and offtake.
