Cannot see a JV with any other junior unless they are sitting on 400-500M Cash
I only say this as given earnings per year on NPV calcs are currently around $2 share with no dilution.
Half sale of Railway around 200M being our share of Capex. Railway would still be earning $1 pr share no dilution. So any suitor would need 200M + 200M for their share of capex.
Given project payback over 2 years. I would figure $1 eps is still achievable with a capital raise around 75C mark with rest funded by debt.
