To be honest a little naughty that announcement title imo.
Title states new ground "secured"...
Well isn't the Ann that the land permits have been "applied" for ?? Not secured? That would be the case if the permit was granted.
I'm excited to be a new holder but I'm surprised the Asx didn't pull them up on that, let's face it they've enforced TH's for less !!
