Company still needs to be funded whilst waiting on NOPTA.
Their last raise was only $300K. Done at 0.9c stock is now 1.7c. They got return for their money there.
Most stocks I have been in or seen do CRs recently have run well after
CY5, LRS, RML, all up 100% from raise price.
