Thats a nightmare and the fist blame should go straight to all the directors.

Now is only the refinancing on the agenda and shareholders are not mentioned at all.

OZL need to put themself into financially slavery and add value to shareholders comes second or does not excist.
The Banks can milk now OZL and dictate all the decisions.

To many Aussie corporate companies got it wrong, no backup and nothings forseen.
Commodety prices can also not go up forever.
And load up a lot debt against the highest prices is also terrible wrong.
