also given the pandemic impact especially in US there's a stall situation, obviously many other US companies are facing the same issue which is no secret and they are seeking to move ahead with plans as soon as the situation becomes safer, we should also remember that winter season up there is not workable because of the snow.

My 2 cents worth are: they probably doing a lot of back office work while reestablishing and reviewing the best course of action while riding out the pandemic situation, which might delay things until next mining season.
