EUR/USD TRADE
The EUR/USD is showing signs of weakness as it failed to break the 1.3000 resistance twice in 24 hours. The pair fell sharply overnight to 1.2900 and is now bouncing. We see near-term resistance at 1.2945 where a failure may represent a decent short trade for active traders. However, with futures pointing higher it is difficult to bet on the dollar for any length of time. Look for a real test and failure at 1.2945 on a 5- or 15-minute chart for a move back to 1.2900, possibly lower.
