@@seeker88 what is the nature of the legal battle with old directors? Which director? In the old Fortis or in Satimola?
From what I understand, the previous Satimola team ( Chilean CEO I remember) could not make the mine work, too difficult to drill, not straightforward, a lot of the drilling had to be diagonal etc and in smaller deposits , just not economical. Another side which we do not know is the mode of doing business there, unless you align to an ex-Soviet General and take care of them, business does not move forward. Quite a complicated set up, not to mention overvalued assets in very poor conditions.
