I happen to fly over Moly in a friends plane a while back, it is a few minutes SW of Vegas... After seeing Moly from the air and seeing the LAMP on a tour it can be assured that the only way Moly will succeed will be due to political reasons...
LAMP is laid out logically, the processes are timed and continuously tuned to produce the most product as efficiently as possible. Moly is lacking IP, experience, financial support but they do have a disorganized mess which will require significant resources to "scrape" and install a modern facility (IMO)...
Lynas is a professional company with great integrity and yes the US account would be great but I don't see Amanda lower either standards or product pricing to appease a hungry (and clueless) US...
