perhaps they read this board & realise we don't have faith in them, especially Hepburn, therefore rather than act like corporate professionals (& prove us wrong), they are like children with an "FU" to the shareholders.
From what I have read from people that tuned in, the board should hang their heads for what was an appalling AGM
