I am assuming this is Avi the former chairman. This is my reasoning behind my assumption:

Under Khuskush Investments Pty Ltd, Avi had

• 30,700,000 heads
• Avi had 32,391,875 listed options expiring 31 Aug

Under Advent Management Pty Ltd, Avi had:

• 6,710,096 heads
• 913,461 listed options expiring 31 Aug

So I am assuming Avi has done a off market transfer for the 30m from khuskush at 5c giving him $1.5m.
He is then going to use this money to convert all his options totalling 33,305,336 which will cost him $1,082,423.42 (strike price 0.0325) and the balance he uses to pay CGT.
So I wouldn’t be surprised a Appendix 2A coming out soon once the conversion has gone through.
This would then mean Avi would be holding the following heads after conversion:
Under khuskush: 34,005,336 heads
Under Advent: 7,623,557
Assuming he hasn’t sold or bought any heads on the market after he left as the chairman because we wouldn’t know that as he is not obliged to report it since he is no longer the chairman.
This is only my assumption so please do not take this as gospel. DYOR!
