I hear that Arrow staff are being briefed on theimmediate and longer term applications of the Shell funds, so that Arrow folk who have been sitting and waiting can now go out and plan in a co-ordinated manner. When the staff [roughly 60] have got themselves inified on the spending procedures, the shareholders will be advised. {Damn shareholders ask too many questions, Jeff}. Conix
