I agree with others, excellent research , thank you.
at the 5cent price IMO this is an 'arranged' transfer. A broker or institutional sale would command
a discount of at least 20%. If we take 6cents as the average SP over 10days (being generous) minimum
discount is 1.20 cents making sell price .048 cents. a difference of $60,000.00.
I will say these shares have gone to a holder, more endorsement of what NVA has to offer.
