In the Shaw note, capital is assumed to be raised as follows:
$60m @ $1.20 ps.
$60m of debt.
Neither remotely achievable now. Big companies (IPL, RIO etc cannot even roll over their debt facilities, forget about mining specs getting project finance).
I am not saying all is lost, but its not as simple as winning the court case.
