I think that is a real risk to any manufacturing industry not just PNV. I have reflected on other "tree shakes" for stocks in which I have an interest and the pattern of trading is quite similar to that when UBS has been skulking in the shadows ie, A2M. If an institution is looking to gain a majority holding they need to create liquidity if they are buying in and generally some time elapses until they are legally obliged to inform the market with respect to the 5% majority shareholder rule

More importantly I note with interest some big spends on stocks by David Williams one particular purchase being for 500,000 on 09 March 20. he has maintained a continuum of buying until 30/3 and no sign of selling. The sale by Dr David McQuillan was credible to meet personal obligations.
Likewise nothing of interest for top 20 shareholders. Certainly if there is anything detrimental occurring to impact on the SP it is not apparent to by the share dealings by the board or top 20 shareholders.
