Flanagan suggests any new leg down would probably be 3 months 6 days /3 months 7 days or 3 months 8 days as those were the Depression legs.
He also suggests March/April as a low.
Taking this years March 17 low anniversary or equinox (a common time) around March 21 and work back.
That says a top could be between Dec 9 and Dec 15, if another leg down is coming.
He suggests a 33% drop.
