given time is of the essence this is not the time and place for these kind of distractions for the board
do you have institutional support? if not it's a waste of your time, and more importantly, the OZL directors' time - who are still working for us to try and get us out of this mess
heads should roll but right now it's shooting ourselves in the foot
shareholders would be better off trying to push for equity raising
by the time you get your EGM - even if you succeed - it will be sorted for better or worse
so what does this action at this point in time achieve?
