now its cheaper to buy gas reserves than drill The market is paranoid about companies with debt ( fair enough look at RIO and OZL crikey!!!), but even at current gas price they will generate enough free cash to pay down the debt in 12 months.

They need to increase their reserves so it seems sensible to borrow and buy them now . They still have great exploration potential but that can wait for another day, the gas( is its there) wont go away.
