Hi Jaded,

Yes I am eagerly counting down. I will tell you why a company like this will succeed.

1) Major shareholder is CSIRO. I cannot for the life of me remember in a project that CSIRO has been a shareholder that has not succeeded. Let me know otherwise.

2) Very small volume indicates tightening bolliger bands. This is usually accompanied by a large spike upwards due to zero selling pressure.

3) World economies are moving toward renewable clean energy sources. There is no choice with global warming and emission targets that governments will need to move to these forms of energy going forward. Thus you can see why companies like CSIRO are backing this technology.

4) The resource sector is in a shambles at the moment. 90% of speculative resource stocks will be gone as their share prices are worthless. However, CNX is holding strong...why? If this stock was such a speuclative one, it would have been sub 5c at the moment.

5) Very good support levels were tested 2 weeks ago and held up very well. Even in todays trading CNX investors will not sell their shares. This shows strong interest.

Captal raising will come in the form of local and overseas investment hence the overseas visits in the last few weeks.
