Pelmer Securities SA is the Pallinghurst holding.
Maybe they weren't going to get the deal they wanted and have taken their bat and ball. Quite possible with the numerous other financing options potentially available .. Mitsui, Smedvig, SPP, European Investment Banks, Customers etc.
OR ... is there a collaborative arrangement with the Canadian graphite company on the cards. As I noted in a previous post, Smedvig also list Nouveu Monde as one of their investments. Would have a board member on both sides be of conflict during some sort of merger?
