What a crock of sh!t. Civmec will bankrupt AJM to get 1/10th of what they think they are owed? The court will decide as AJM obviously feel Civmec have not performed per contract. Let's wait to see what our counter is.
In the event of a ruling against us, again, our directors have way to much skin to lose all over a pithy amount.
