I am surprised that DPMG is patentable. Useing an existing technology with this "commercial cement mixer" and claiming the different mix you put in it is patentable is dubious to me. Of course we dont know the technical details and maybe its the coating of the particles with a separate element or compound is the "new" IP. I guess it will be challenged at some point.
