Morning folks, I am just going to leave this here for genuine holders. You can keep all your new poster comments just trying to do the right thing.

I put all my concerns to Dr Rajen in writing and he scheduled a phone conversation with me.

1) interestingly he asked to do it via what’s app which I don’t usually use and his photo comes up exactly as other posters have shown (tranv11 / diabloracer etc) this validates to me at least SOME other posters have been genuine about dialogue.

2) I asked if previous updates shared (eg kiwis comments on 80less sugar and CBD etc were genuine). He said yes as per previous asx releases they were making genuine progress on those fronts

3) I challenged why the sales announcement had not been positioned in context of other developments if more positive activities were underway. He said the announcement had originally been drafted to be longer and include a range of upcoming topics. (ie as per tranv11 statement it would be a six pager). But with the ASX focus on COVID reporting they had requested a number of items be removed, I don’t know what these are but can only assume they relate to for example the comment in the clarification on potentially 4,500 retail stores.

(I note Other posters have already identified in the AGM presentation it issues options for example for Scandinavian distribution, new antiviral face mask products, etc so obviously other activities are happening)

4) I asked what I could share here. He said he was happy to confirm a full presentation format corporate update across all likes of business will be issued for the AGM at the end of the month. He said the AGM will be via Zoom and he is happy to be challenged by shareholders on progress and give a detailed review of each line of business. Eg including low GI products now being distributed in US stores, companies testing 80Less sugar, Natshield distribution as it stands flaws and all

overall he sounded pretty positive about the business, and frustrated with distribution in US not landing quicker. I still think the comms sequence is poor, hopefully they can do better with new company secretary and new director. He did comment Jonathan Pager has a PR company and this will be helping with the company presentation update and comms going forwards which will help.

personally I sold nearly half my shares on the sales announcement. Was planning on selling the rest but from speaking to him I will hold for AGM update and see what else they can put on the table as a positive way forwards.

I have been contacted by multiple shareholders over the weekend - most genuine. To discuss the company - has been very informative and have personally sent an email to Dr' Manicka for the first time, wont be posting online the answers but really hoping for a reply.
