    I believe what he is saying is that they are evaluating all the assets on the books, some of which may go up in value, rather than everything going down.

    This reinforces my own thoughts on the matter. Some of the operational units, especially the North American ones, could be worth a bit.

    Clearly the infrastructure assets are keepers ... however, deals may be done in segments or along geographical lines.
